2025 Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Queen
Ashley Gorrell

Ashley Gorrell is a dedicated and active member of the Port Barre Lions Club, contributing to meaningful community service initiatives. During her time at Louisiana State University, she serves as the LSU Coca-Cola Campus Ambassador, engaging with students to promote leadership and brand initiatives, and she is a proud alumna of Pi Beta Phi, where she embraced a sisterhood rooted in philanthropy, as well as the LSU Ambassadors, where she developed leadership and outreach skills. In May 2024, she graduated from LSU with her bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in Sociology, gaining a strong foundation in human behavior and social structures. She was honored to be accepted into LSU’s MBA program in August 2024, where she is now advancing her expertise in business management and leadership to achieve her professional and personal goals. After earning her MBA from LSU, she plans to further her education by attending law school, with a specific focus on corporate law and intellectual properties. She is passionate about understanding the intricacies of business operations, legal frameworks, and the protection of creative assets, and she believes this specialization will allow her to make a meaningful impact in the legal field. Her ultimate goal is to establish and lead her own law firm, where she can provide strategic legal guidance to businesses and innovators. This endeavor will not only allow her to combine business acumen with her legal expertise but also fulfill her ambition of creating a successful and independent practice that reflects her dedication to excellence and innovation.
